There are many animals and pictures, great for kids. Get it while its free.
I mainly use this type of application to keep my 2 year old daughter amused. The large selection of animals is the major reason I purchased this one. A couple of useful improvements can be suggested though.
1) After selecting an animal it plays the animal sound once. Would be nice if there was a button on the animal photo screen which allowed the sound to be played again
2) A grid view selection (grid of animal photos) is more kid friendly than a list. Would be nice to either have an start screen view type option.
Other than that nice work.
My toddler loves it. Good pics and sound.
Might be nice to be able to stop some of the longer sounds.
For the love of God, please research an reorganize the animals. Several errors, but koala being listed under bears shakes the very foundation of my being. Might as well have Gummy listed there as well.
This is a fun zoo app with lots of animals and nice sounds. There are only two problems I see:
1. The animal sound only plays when you switch to that animals page. If you want to play the sound again, you have to back out and select that animal again. Please make it so we can tap the animal picture to play the sound again!
2. Some of the sounds are very long and dont stop when you exit the animals page! There is no way to stop them short of exiting the app!
Despite these issues, it is a fun app that keeps my little one entertained with the fun pics and sounds. Nice app!
This app wasnt made to impress scholors or zoologists. It was made to have fun with. Yes it could use some improvements and maybe it has a few mistakes, but most people come out from behind their computer long enough to miss a few facts or make mistakes. Kids love this app and that makes it awesome. Complain about something worthwhile for a change. If you can do so much better then create a better one.
This app depicts these animal sounds perfectly. I am an avid owl watcher, and the sounds they have are spot on. The music from the majestic barn owl is now kind enough to grace the presence of my phone as its ring tone.
Some bad moments
bought it to use for ringtones but if you have a pc you have to be an expert to figure out how to use it so now it is just almost worthless animal sounds. why is it so hard to get additonal ringtones for the iphone. dont buy this item
I was unable to use this as you need to be a professional computer person to figure out how to install it. So, now all I have is animal sounds on my phone that I can not use for a ringtone. If you have a PC, not a MAC, dont buy this.
